Return & Refund Policy

Just before you return a product, please remember that all of our pieces are traditionally handcrafted by artisans in India, making each piece unique. We call on you to celebrate these imperfections of the hand and not look at them as defects. We also look at our products as works of art and not only as pieces of jewellery.

Please read below our return & exchange policies before you order or return any item.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Maya.

Maya only accepts returns if products are damaged in transit or on account of a manufacturing defect.

In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should send us an email with a photo of the product along with the code within 24 hours of receiving the product and return it within the next 48 hours.

We request you not to accept the goods if they are unsealed or seal is broken, at the time of delivery; as this reason will not be accepted for return of goods.

The goods returned must be unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any further loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service, and send us the shipping details by email.

After we receive the returned product, our quality team will perform a quality damage check, subject to your returns having met the above criteria. We will then re-ship to you the exchanged product within seven working days.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care on – +91 9920181620 or email us at with your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product; 
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery; 
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
